By purchasing any of our courses or private lessons, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your enrollment.

SelfLingua currently offers the following Spanish learning programs:

Spanish Conversation Club

• Weekly live conversation sessions

Group Spanish Course

• Four live interactive classes per month

• Small group instruction

• Structured curriculum for beginner and intermediate learners

• Includes downloadable materials and speaking practice.

Complete Spanish Plan

• Everything included in the Group Spanish Course

• Weekly Conversation Club access

• Additional speaking practice

• Personalized feedback and priority student support

• Designed for students seeking the fastest progress toward fluency.

• Starting at $119 USD/month

Spanish for Travel

• 12-week live course

• Mondays at 6:30 PM (Central Time)

• Small group instruction

• Learn practical Spanish for airports, hotels, restaurants, transportation, shopping, and everyday travel situations.

• Includes downloadable travel guides, pronunciation coaching, weekly homework, WhatsApp support, class recordings, and a Certificate of Completion.

• $119 USD/month (3 monthly payments) or $327 USD paid in full (Save $30)

Private Spanish Lessons

• Flexible scheduling

• Personalized one-on-one instruction

• Customized lessons based on your goals, including travel, business, academic, conversational, or relocation Spanish.

• Available for learners of all ages and proficiency levels.

Prices, schedules, course availability, and start dates are subject to change without prior notice. The pricing and terms in effect at the time of enrollment and payment shall apply.

3. Enrollment & Payment

Enrollment is confirmed only after payment has been successfully processed through SelfLingua's official payment platform.

Course access will be granted once payment has been verified.

Available payment methods are those displayed on the checkout page. SelfLingua does not store or process students' banking or credit card information.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

4.1 Group Courses (Monthly Payment)

Group courses are designed as 3-month learning programs. By enrolling, students agree to complete the financial commitment for the entire program, regardless of attendance or early withdrawal.

• Students choosing the monthly payment option authorize the remaining scheduled payments, even if they decide to discontinue the course before completion.

• All payments are non-refundable once processed.

4.2 Course Credit

At SelfLingua's sole discretion, tuition paid may be applied as credit toward another available course if all of the following conditions are met:

• The request is submitted in writing before the beginning of the second month of the program.

• The new course is available on the SelfLingua schedule.

• The request is approved by the SelfLingua team.

Course credit:

• Cannot be transferred to another person.

• Cannot be exchanged for cash.

• Has no cash value.

4.3 One-Time Payments

One-time payments (full payment for the entire program) are non-refundable under any circumstances.

If approved, students may request course credit according to Section 4.2.

4.4 Private Lessons

Private lessons may be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice at no additional cost.

Lessons canceled with less than 24 hours' notice—or missed without prior notification—will be considered completed and are not eligible for a refund or makeup session.

5. Attendance Policy

Students are responsible for attending their scheduled sessions.

5.1 Group Courses

If a student misses a live class:

• They may access the class recording (available for eligible courses).

• Recordings remain available for 7 calendar days after each session.

• Missed classes do not qualify for live makeup sessions, refunds, or tuition discounts.

5.2 Private Lessons

Students may reschedule private lessons with at least 24 hours' notice.

Missed lessons without prior notice will be deducted from the purchased lesson package.

SelfLingua reserves the right to reschedule lessons due to unforeseen circumstances and will notify students as early as reasonably possible.

6. Course Materials & Platform Access

All courses include digital learning materials provided by SelfLingua.

These materials are intended solely for the enrolled student and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, shared, or resold without prior written permission from SelfLingua.

Access to the course WhatsApp group, online classroom, and learning resources remains active only during the student's enrollment period.

7. Student Conduct

SelfLingua is committed to providing a respectful and supportive learning environment.

Students agree to:

• Treat teachers and fellow students respectfully.

• Attend classes in an environment conducive to learning.

• Refrain from recording, distributing, or sharing classes without prior written authorization.

Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in immediate removal from the course without refund.

8. Privacy Policy

SelfLingua collects and uses students' personal information solely for educational purposes and communication between students and instructors through official platforms such as WhatsApp, Google Meet, and Google Classroom.

We will never sell or share your personal information with third parties without your prior consent, except as required by law.

9. Changes to These Terms

SelfLingua reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.

Any updates will be communicated via email or through our official communication channels.

Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions.
